How long does an engagement take?
It depends on system complexity and access, but most Health Checks run over several weeks from kickoff to verdict: long enough to gather real evidence, short enough to stay actionable.
Do you need production access?
Yes: read access to code, logs, data pipelines, and cost data, plus interviews with whoever owns the system day to day. The depth of the verdict depends on the quality of the evidence.
What if the system isn't fully live yet?
A Health Check can still run against a late-stage beta. If nothing has been built yet, Pre-Flight is the better starting point.
